Heroes Elite Skill - Guild Wars Forums

The only way I know how to get elite skills for my heroes is to change my secondary profession and go cap skills.

is there another way to do it?

unlock them with balthazar faction. thats what i do when i want an elite for my heros that i don't have yet.

Heroes can use any skills you have unlocked. Whether that's by capping the skill (on any character) or by spending Balthazar Faction, it doesn't matter.

Is that the case in PVE if i unlock a skill with balth. factions can hero's use them in PVE?
